Please use our IJIMSR Manuscript Template to prepare your manuscript for submission. Note that the submission will undergo a double-blind review process. Hence, the submitted file MUST NOT include any author information. Author information will be added after the blind-review process. Paper length is up to 10 pages, except the review article could be written up to 15 pages.
Ethics in Publishing
You will be required to accept the IJIMSR Undertaking Statement for Authors while submitting your manuscript. The statement covers Copyright, originality and conflicts of interest. Please read the Undertaking Form to ensure your submission complies.
To verify originality, your article may be checked by the originality detection service like iThenticate or Turnitin.
It is now compulsory to provide an ORCID ID to publish in this journal. Authors and co-authors are also required to provide institutional email addresses that we can verify (not gmail.com, yahoo.com, 163.com etc) and a valid ORCID ID(https://orcid.org/register). Authors are also encouraged to claim all published work though the ORCID website.
Changes to Authorship
If you wish to add, delete or rearrange the authors of your accepted paper:
Before online publication: The corresponding author should contact the Managing Editor, and provide (a) the reason for the change, and (b) the written consent of all co-authors, including the authors being added or removed. Please note that your paper will not be published until the changes have been agreed.
After online publication: Any requests to add, delete, or rearrange author names in an article published in an online issue will not be entertained.
If your paper is selected for publication, you will be expected to sign our Undertaking Form. Where necessary you must obtain permission to publish material protected by copyright.
Role of the Funding Source
You are requested to identify who provided financial support for the conduct of the research and/or preparation of the article and to briefly describe the role of the sponsor(s), if any, in study design; in the collection, analysis and interpretation of data; in the writing of the report; and in the decision to submit the article for publication. If the funding source(s) had no such involvement then this may not be required to be mentioned.
If your paper is accepted for publication, you will be able to access and download the published article online on the website.
IJIMSR accepts manuscripts written in English Language only. Papers must be in good, grammatically correct English, and if your paper cannot be understood it will be rejected.

Submission Checklist: Authors are required to upload the followings during manuscript submission
Articles may only be withdrawn if they have not been formally published. To withdraw an article, the authors must write a clear and concise letter with an in-depth explanation as to why the manuscript needs to be withdrawn. The letter must be signed by all authors. The journal maintains the right to withdraw an article due to the presence of plagiarism, fraudulent use of data or violations of other ethical codes.
Articles that have been formally published on the website may be retracted. In the place of the article, a note titled “Retraction: [article title]” signed by the authors will be published on the website as a part of the subsequent issue. The original link will still contain the article but will contain a watermark and will be preceded by the note. The HTML version will be removed.
In very extreme cases, where serious legal rights were infringed or health risks are posed if the article remains published, an article will be removed from the online database and will be replaced with a screen indicating why the article was removed.
If an article contains information which will pose any kind of risk, the author may retract the original article and replace it with the new one. In this case, the article retraction process will be followed and the retraction note will contain the new link of the new article.
Please follow COPE's Retraction guidelines
